This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The space was so lovely, with a big lounge/kitchen and super comfy sofas. The kitchen was so handy and had all the cookware and utensils we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved that the master bedroom had a door leading to the jaw-dropping hot tub outside. Getting to the city center was a breeze with the park n ride nearby, and it was so convenient to have shopping centers close by for groceries and takeaways. The location was fantastic, not far from the center, and the hot tub was a super touch for a relaxing weekend away. The cottage felt so homely, relaxing, and spacious, and we were blown away by all the modern amenities like the flat-screen TVs, great radio. The welcome hamper was a nice surprise, and we wouldn't hesitate to return to this superb value for money property. The fact that they had free wi-fi, free parking, and allowed pets was icing on the cake. And of course, there was no smoking on site. We had the best time here and highly recommend it to everyone seeking a fantastic getaway!

I recently stayed at the Hoxne Cottages - Rose Cottage With Private Hot Tub in York for a business trip, as chosen by my director. The highlight of my stay was definitely the luxurious 2-bedroom cottage with a private hot tub. It provided the perfect opportunity to relax after a long day of work, allowing me to unwind and rejuvenate. The hot tub added an extra touch of indulgence to my stay, making it truly enjoyable.
Although my overall experience at Hoxne Cottages - Rose Cottage With Private Hot Tub was wonderful, there were a few minor issues.

Great Xmas vacation - big lounge/kitchen with comfy sofas. Handy kitchen. Beds comfortable, loved the master bedroom with outside door to hot tub. Very easy to get around, close to shopping centers with supermarkets, cinema, and takeaways.
Mystery beeping noise at night and unclear waste disposal. would've been perfect if it weren't for these two issues.
